Technical Signal indicator - No Noise

Hi guys,

This started a few weeks ago .. when signaling there is no clicking sound. The signal lights work just fine, just there is no more sound.

Since the blinkers/indicators are controlled by the body computer.. how is the sound made if there are no relays?

Or does the body computer just provide the signal and there is still a relay doing the actual hard lifting (turning on the lights).

eLearn does not help much in this.

Sunetul este electronic. Difuzorul este pe placa cu ceasuri. La alte erori auzi sunetul ?
The sound is made electronically. The speaker is on electronicaly board of the instrument cluster.

Yes i can hear other sounds as error warnings, ice on road waring, seatbelts warning etc.

Do they use the same speaker?

Only one speaker.
May be something from settings menu ?

The sound thing is intermittent.

For example today it worked.
Other times it stops working for a while and then starts again.
Today I stuck my hand behind the dashboard under the instrument panel and jiggled the connector a bit... will see if that helps.

Update:
today there was no sound.
Stuck my hand behind the instrument panel and moved one of the connectors.
It got the clicking sound working!

So either a bad connection, a bad wire, or some pins in the instrument panel tat need to be re-soldered.
