Rubber/Plastic mounts in springs

Hello, posted in Qubo but it’s quiet over there and I’d hazard a guess this applies to over Fiats too.

Just changing the rear springs on my Qubo. Got the old ones out ok however the rubber bits at the bottom of the spring (that go into the cups on rear arms) - how do you get these off? They seem stuck on the springs.

Any ideas or is it possible to source replacements?

Does this exploded diagram help at all?

It shows a central hole in the lower cup and upper ring, presumably there's some fixing not shown there holding them together.

I suspect a spray of WD40 and a twist to wind them off the coil of the spring will get them of.
