Repair (via Insurance) New parts or Refurnish Parts

Driving a Fiat Bravo 1.4M.

Got into an accident last week, and the workshop is advicing me two options.
1. Waiting for Original parts- that is 3months of waiting time. Shipping and etc.

2. Repair based on best efforts and refurnish parts. That may take up to 1month...

I am asking for advice- which options should i look at. The thoughts of not able to drive my vehicle for 3months is very painful. But i am also concern that the parts are not the "same" quality...

Any advice?
