well if people are claiming its because of her we are not on dial up then it must be her fault that the whole country isn't running on fast broadband, a public company wouldn't be working for its shareholders
Ever tried ringing BT to report a fault.. Bet at one time it was all handled by uk call centre staff Now well im sorry But try explaining a fault to someone who can't even pronounce your name its like talking to a brick wall...
(this has nothing to do with racism or anything like that)
But i want a decent level of service not to have to resort to talking like im speaking to a 5 year old....
"Yes. The . Phone Not Work Properly,.."
"ahh ok mr Mogonei it be £120 friday enineer come if no fault!"
Rather than Hello i have a fault on my BT line There is a lot of line noise I have unplugged the front of the master socket and tested it there with a spare phone and done a quiet line test and there is still an issue .......
"ok thats not a problem We charge £120 if the fault is not on BT's side but you seem to have ruled that out by bypassing the internal system and connecting direct to the incoming phone line"
If it was still National the Staff would be Employed in the UK = less people without a job who want to work less time waiting for the staff to answer as they are having the same thing repeated over and over again until you can get them to understand you have a problem...
And they called it progress i thought Maggi wanted us to be a "service industry based country" and what's happened all the privatised companies that rely on call handling they have all buggered off to India where its cheap and you cant get a good level of service :worship:
(wait till you have to speak to someone who doesnt have english as a first language when you need the emergency services when your house is burning down and they can't even pronounce the name of your town let alone your street name.... )
