I got a rear wheel bearing that fits punto mk1 1.2 with ABS brakes. Will this bearing fit a non-ABS car.

I have a lockhead brake system and relies on the automatic adjuster which is part of the brake shoe. The shoes are new the bar that treansmits the mechanical movement from the cable and lever has no adjuster. Usually this bar has additional adjuster but I believe this is not the case for the lockhead system. How are the adjusters?
Yes, this is what I call automatic adjuster. I usually adjust them to minimum so the drums can fit. Then when I press the brakes I can hear them clicking which means they do something. I had a look at the drums that I changed not to long ago, and the one on the wheel that is not working properly was slightly more worn, so decided to swap the drums around, but the brakes still work the same. I'll give the new shoes a bit of bedding in period before I investigate further. I hope the adjuster will click further as the shoes bed in. As I said normal braking seems a bit weak not just the handbrake. There is a ratchet and pawl adjuster system on the back of the leading shoe
How are the wheel cylinders? One of mine was seized on one side! Are they weeping?
