General Problem downshifting 3 to 2

Shifting is mostly fine on 72 500L, except down shifting 3 to 2. I tried double clutching but haven't got it down yet. Any advice from double C masters?

Watch the filmat the end of the "Difficulty in shifting from1st to 2nd"---it might help. If it doesn't, the gear-shift 'box' (at the bottom of the gear lever) might need slight adjustment--a very easy job.
