General Panda 4X4 Questions

On another note, this has me stumped. How does the rear side trim come away from the car? The front and door trims just slide off, but I can't work out how the rear one comes off. Here's a pic of the trim. Thanks.

Look on the bright side if that was a mini it would be almost concours.
How hard is it to rebuild the gearbox?Surely money well spent?A second hand box might be as bad as what you`ve already got.
With the floor take your time and do one piece at a time if you cut out too much it`ll just dissillusion you.
As for repair sections cut solid bits from a more solid panda floor pan at the scrappy.

If thats all the welding that needs done your laughing. That looks like a nice relaxing weekend to me

You know I kind of miss the old tin worm on mine. Havent burned myself in ages now

Unfortunately that's not all the welding that needs done. The jacking points need replaced as they have completely rotted away, the sills need replaced and the metal that holds the boot rubber has disappeared.
