Yesterday I drove the car about one hour after replacement head gasket. All was well. In the next morning I’ve got that code.
Picture of exact that cylinder.
And spark plug is white in that cylinder.
Need help.

Others may be able to advise you better , but it could be a fault on the variable valve actuator on that cylinder, they seem to have issues once disturbed regarding dirt or oil blockage in the filters in those units, this appears to stop engine valves from working correctly.
I am guessing it runs but misfires, so if a compression test was done that cylinder would be low.
Check other advice as this is only what I have read on Forum, I am retired now so have never worked on your model.

Solved.
Disconnect the nozzle of the 4th cylinder, add one can of engine flush liqui moly. Start the engine and wait 15 minutes. Then replace the oil and filter. I bought the new MA filter but don’t replace it yet.
But I don’t have any issues since I did it.

Was the HeadGasket actually 'blown'?

Often people just see a misfire and poor compression figures.... but its an MA Unit problem and gasket is fine

Definitely. The car several times got overheated. The head was not flat and valves don’t work properly. And etc.

Under removed cylinder head
