Gentle, but quite a good ride. They will flow with traffic, but have little more to give, so if you like to drive briskly, you'll be disappointed. If you need to pack it with people or luggage, or regularly climb hills, its low power will make you hate it. Have a good test drive before deciding.

Had an Aygo as a hire car once. I found it thoroughly horrible. It had got to be the most uncomfortable car I've ever been in. Was so glad when it was returned.

Next door had one with twin 3 inch exhaust pipes...sound surprisingly like a 911. Still slightly slower than a push bike though.

It needs to be bulletproof, due to the need to push hard for any reasonable progress. Fine around town, but hard work elsewhere. I agree, nicely put together.
