Technical Noise when turning !!

hi all

when i turn the car in the corner it makes a grinding noise. now searching this forum for this problem i think its the top mount strut bearings....is that right ??
i have noticed the problem is a bit more obvious during wet weather as opposed to say a sunny day.

also if i need to change em, can i use any uprated ones as using standard ones will render the same problem in future.

i am thinking about taking my GP to a fiat specialist i have heard good reviews about (Gonella Brothers).....has anybody got any experiences with em ?

mine does exactly the same. ive got mine booked into fiat tomorrow under warranty. mine makes a boinging noise too when i turn the wheel the mechanic dude said its the spring bearings and it a big job apparently so may aswell let him do it haha.

checked both the wheel arches? trim can easily fall off onto the wheels

is it when turn full lock? if so i have this too, i have a grinding noise sounds like metal on metal when hard lock on left.

IF THIS IS A BIG ISSUE CAN SOMEONE INFORM ME AND DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.
