No ringtone

Hi all. Both my personal and work mobiles are working fine through the B&M system, apart from the fact that they don't actually ring! I think the music stops, although I am not certain, and the name of the caller shows up on the display. However, the ringing is coming from the handset itself. In fact, yes, the music must stop as I can hear the phone ringing in my bag! Any ideas on how to get it ringing through the system? Cheers!

Daft thought, have you got the external volume turned up enough?

Can you hear the Blue & Me lady when she's talking?

Actually that was probably a stupid thought, because if you can't hear the Blue & Me lady, you probably wouldn't be able to hear your callers either.

Sorry then, I can't help you, mine just rings!

Hi. Thanks for the suggestion! But yes, the external volume is up (16 I think). I can't work out what the problem is, have looked through all the phone settings and can't see anything to adjust on there. Have gone through all the menus in the car - getting on my nerves now!! Help someone please!!!
