Hi guys and girls
So just got my ducato and a few problems too
Since I got it the power windows haven't worked and the switch on the drivers side was battered
I've since got a new switch and still nothing
Theres no power going to either fuses for passenger or driver side
Not sure if its relevant or not but the key thob doesn't lock or open the van either apart from once in a blue moon the button for the rear will work
I have tried a new battery in this but still no joy
I have a new thob just need to get it programmed and hopefully all will be well
Sorry off topic lol
Back to the windows
I cant find any information on where to look for the power coming into the fuses for the windows like from a relay or something
Can anyone help with this?

What year? On a euro 4 X250 the window motors are fed via Relay T13 in the dash fusebox

Thanks for your help rayc
I have just changed this relay but still no joy
I'll investigate the feed to the relay tomorrow see if theres an issue there

Relay T13 gets a direct feed from a maxi fuse on the battery. The relay is switched by the body computer when the ignition is on. When operated the relay feed the voltage to the two fuses and then to the motors

Ok so I'm struggling here
I have checked all the fuses under the bonnet and all are fine
I'm unable to find f72?
And I have checked at the relay and there is no power coming to it from a live or ignition live
Where can i try next or do i fit my own power to the relay ?
If its accessible from behind
From memory am i right in saying there is a bar with snap head bolts holding it in place?

This is what I have

I think F72 is a maxi fuse on the fuse board attached to the battery positive terminal.

The drawing shows a direct connection from F72 [page 1 of the pdf attached, on the battery fuse module B099] to relay T13 [page 2 of the pdf attached on cab fusebox module B002].

Note that the page 2 drawing of fusebox B002 shows that F72/T13 provide power for other systems besides just the windows, is everything else in the cab working?

Hi I think everything in the carb works including radio and cigar lighter

Having inspected the fuses at the live battery terminal I have found that the 50 amp red fuse has blown
I tried to bypass the fuse and try the windows and still nothing
