multichanger

hi new to this just wondering if theres anyone who has issues on the multichanger on the punto hgt comes on sometimes it playes and others it dont.also wont eject and green lights are on but flashing red any help would be much appreciated.

soz for another thread but also found out that the on/off button flashes on the sat nav red didnt notice it till on the night any info would be helpful manythanks simon (thanks in advance)
