General Looking to buy a 78 x1/9

hi im new to the forums because i am looking to buy a 78 x1/9 as a commuter car. There is an add on craigslist for one and its going for $1100.
i was wondering what you guys think and this will be a second car. here is the info on it...

If the car is as good as the advert says then $1100 is a bargain. Seems too good to be true though.
