Tuning is this an uprated/ better turbo?

i was looking on ebay, browsing as i was bored, and stumbled on this

I cant work it out,
It says it for a grande punto, from 2003, but the gp's only came into production from 2005 . im wondering if its an uprated one though, as it says it has an adjustable actuator, which mine doesn't have (I don't think).
What does everyone think to it?

"Stock" ones have adjustable actuators, but without a remap the ECU will see the 'overboost' and switch to limp-mode, so they should be left at whatever they were set to at the factory. The higher powered (90bhp?) 1.3 GP's had variable geometery turbo's (different altogether).

That turbo looks nothing more than a new standard unit.

Thanks, I didn't know that 'stock' turbos came with variable actuators to. I dont know much about turbos tbh.
