Technical "hatchback is open" this is what I found

Hello guys I bought a Grande Punto 1.3mjt 90 HP last year and from the first day I got hatchback open error , and today I say let's try to do something and I found this . Any one have an ideea how can I repair this ?
C/NC switch is broken how can I replace it ?

Any chance a small micro switch like this can be used/modified, they are used on machinery doors etc and in vending machines?

I try to find the correct one but I can't , thanks for advice dude

Is this the boot opener circuit? If so the whole unit can be bought cheaply. I have replaced mine but have issues with the wiring leading to it!
