Technical How to remove stalk cluster on Seicento

I am trying to remove the stalk cluster on a 2002 Seicento to remove the dashboard to access the power steering. Got over most of the obstacles but cannot see how the cluster comes off. Could someone help please.

I am enclosing photos of work so far. I have removed all the visible screws around it but cannot get further.

Pulls off I'm nearly sure... Just had my dashboard out.

Tried pulling but did not move. Don't want to use more force in case something breaks

on the indicator side look from below at the back of the cluster there is an allen key screw that bolts a band style clamp to keep it in place

The reason for all this work is to get at the power steering which failed after not being used for a while.

I have discovered after moving the dashboard back that mice have eaten through some of the wiring. See photo. They seem to have come from inside the body from through the hole centre top (driver side by knee). At least 4 wires have been severed and insulation damaged on the rest. There is lesser damage on the passenger side. Just wondering if some of these wires might be related to the p/s failure. Knowing my luck it won't be.
