Technical How do you bleed the cooling System properly?

Here is the points, behind the headlight there is a hole in the wing, there should be a pipe there with a plastic screw which you can unscrew. It may have been tampered with previously and is now lying behind the bumper out of sight.

the only hole I can see behind the headlight is in the inner wing, the window squirter hose and electrics goes through it

only other hoses from my header tank, is the one at the bottom which goes direct to lower hose on rad from the water rail end. and the smaller tube that goes from top of header tank to under the air filter housing / spi area

I had the bottle out to do my water pump, there was definatly no other pipes there

the pipe you can see with jubilee clip did have its original fiat clip, before I removed it, suggestign that no work has ever been doen in that area before [or tank removal, at least]

Well, you're in the right area and its lurking somewhere. It may be twixt inner wing and wing liner, it comes straight up off the radiator

Is this one of the bleed screws? ( I placed an red arrow)
Should it be opend while the engine is running or while the engine is stopped?

Yes, thats the radiator bleed screw, its on the end of a small pipe
