Yeh sort of but if you just apply enough pressure to hold the car the hill holder doesn't work you have to.

Not how it works on mine. If its holding with your foot on the brake then its enough pressure in it to hold with HH.

It would seem there is some variation on sensitivity, as said previously I have never noticed mine working on normal driving it's only after I got more aggressive with the pedal once stood that it worked. Indeed the whole esp asr on my car seems barely noticeable must see if I can induce wheelspin or not

Well been in the lakes and it did work but not consistently and I wouldn't like to rely upon it so it gets my vote as another pointless add on for modern cars along with auto wipers and headlights
