Technical Fiat Punto Convertible 1.6 ELX won't rev past 3500 RPM

Hi, I've rebuilt the engine on my fiat 1.6 elx and I was fixing some problems with it and now I ran into this that the vehicle won't rev up past 3500 and at this RPM it has a rattling loud noise, anyone knows what it could be or anyone has encountered this problem before. Thanks for all replies

Hello, I've rebuilt the engine on my Fiat punto cabrio 1.6 elx and I can't get it working properly its runnin on idle but it has some strange noise and won't rev past 3500 RPM and it has a rattling sound. Changed the crankshaft sensor (used) already didn't help, measured dry compression seems ok. I'm clueless about this vehicle maybe any of you can tell me what can it be. Thanks for all help
