Technical Fiat Palio 1.2 ELX Headlight

Hi Guys,
I M from india i own a fiat palio 1.2ELX 2002 model , i have a problem with my headlights , as there are two sets of bulb upper & dipper , about a week back i hve changed the upper bulb from a local mechanic , i said to instal a cutout as same i hve done with my another car but he insisted that palio has an in built cutout so need of it the bulb is not working..
pls help me as its simply impossible to drive at ngt on highway.

i wnt 2 know tht if i hve to upgrade my headlight bulb to 100V in palio 1.2 elx do i need to install a cutout or relay 4 it?

Don't do it.
The wiring will melt, and the plastic headlight will melt too.
If you want more light, go for legal, premium bulbs from Philips or Osram.
Or convert to Xenon.

just u check the connectivity box near the headlamp, just remove it and fix firmly
