General Palio 1.2

Good day. My name is Christo. I've got a fiat palio 1.2 2004 petrol. As soon as you start the engine it cuts off when you remove the vacuum hose from map sensor car start and idle but when you press accelerator car want to cut off. Replace the stepper motor , map sensor bur still problem persist. Remove and clean throttle body still the same any suggestions. Regards
