General 2006 Fiat Palio 1.2 8v

Hallo. My fiat struggles to go into reverse and 5th gear. It doesnt scratch or anything, but i have to push hard. Also the clutch feel a bit low. All the gears go in smooth and the gearbox is smooth, except that i struggle to get reverse and 5th gear. How do you adjust the clutch. I am new to Fiat, bought the car a month ago.

A quick and easy test ..

With engine switched OFF

DO ALL GEARS change ok..?

or still a problem with 5 and R ??

If its better..suspect a clutch issue

No change.. look at worn cables, linkages..etc

Still the same, will check the cables and linages. Thank you.
How do you adjust the clutch? Or maybe i will first check the cable, maybe all the problems lay there. Have a great weekend
