I bought that CD off Ebay for a couple of pounds and it's the most awful piece of software to use. It's not user friendly at all and there's really no useful info to be honest.
Don't even bother getting it for free

I bought it off the bay as well. Because it's the old manual, when you want an important piece of information it usually says something like "not available in this version"!!! Or words to that effect.

Ah! Not much experience of Fiat main dealers, but if I wanted one for a Citroen it would be £349.52 or something very similar! They are there simply to acquire your money!

May well be, but being a fiat publication, all it'll say is "connect the Examiner equipment".
