When I had the Rover 75's I was lucky enough to have the Rover genuine Diagnostic system Testbook 4 or more commonly known as T4.
You literally could do anything with it from adjusting engine idle speed, leakback diagnostics on injectors, coding in key remote controls, configuring instrument packs and lots more.
As I normally do 90% of my own work (Please don't tell the missus as she thinks I'll drop dead under the car) I'd like to invest in the Fiat EcuScan............ there is though the nagging question is it as good an item as the Fiat dealer has in the workshop? Can it do keys, coding of ECU's etc, if not is the manufacturers software available or another alternative?
