hi i hope you guys can help me out with my problem.
i have here a citroen jumper 2.2 hdi 120 from 2006 engine code :4HU (P22DTE)
because a lot of it is the same as fiat ducato 2.2 i thought i ask my quistions here.

problem 1.
fault code P0683
i checked the relay it self.
i checked the fuses.
i checked the wires.
i checked the glowplugs only for ground.
not for resistance because the are not so easy to get to.
problem is i can not even control the relay with diagnostic tool.
i checked all the values on the connector from relay.
measurments:
pin 86 12v
pin 31 ground
key on mar pin ST 12v 0v 12v
key on mar pin DI stuck on 8.6v
(should be 0v 12v 0v if i am correct)
pin 30 12v

if i am correct DI is return signal from ecu ?
so this mean ecu faulty or ?
because some where else i read 8v is good but still i read on my paper it should be 0v than 12v and back to 0v

problem 2.
car was bought with only one key (spare key)
i made a new dealer key with correct transponder type.
and learn this to the van.
immo working.
remote signal is making it to the bcm if i look at live data i can see the remote signal.
but nothing happens no flashing marker ligts nothing.
when i push inside of the car on the lock unlock button it will work.
but with remote nothing happend.
i know for shure remote is learned correctly because i can see in the data it has accepted 1 remote now and can see input change when push the button.
now one thing the lock from the back door doisnt lock att all also not with the button inside.
but bcm do get the open close signal from that door.
i checked all door closed and still can not get the remote to work.
anybody have any idea what this could be ?

the trouble with the remote is fixed.
i used differant device for precoding transponder/remote.
and than it worked.
find it still strange the signal made it true to the bsi and still didnt work.
but anyhow not it works.

How much does it cost for a remote key, coded to vehicle?
I’d like a spare remote key.
