Styling Engine cover part 1

Well here is the first stage of the new engine cover
The next step is to fit an aluminium plate on the top 300x100mm with engine specifics which I'm having made... Just waiting for delivery

The perforated plate was from B&Q and measures 250x500mm
The mounts made from 6mm threaded rod cut to length and I used the two front original cover mounts and there are two threaded mounts on the inlet manifold finish off with dome head nuts with thread lock
The aluminium plate will be fixed with hex bolts in black

Also...... Used some corrugated split sleeve tube to cover up the ugly fuel delivery pipes
also i am going to spray the cover in Cherry red but leave the aluminium panel (yet to fit)as is which will give a nice contrast
