Hi, About 3 months ago I got the fault code that the egr was faulty and the car kept cutting out at low revs, I replaced the egr and all was well for a day or so, in the end to get me home I disconnected the wiring plug to the egr valve and the car ran perfect although the engine management lamp was constantly on, as the mot is looming I exchanged the supposedly duff egr valve, and all was well for a day or so, and then the management lamp and cutting out again, is it possible that with this egr fault code that it is something else causing the problem? I can’t see it being a second faulty egr.
