Hi , I was hoping someone would have an idea what is causing my Ducato radio to stop working.
I have a 2013 Ducato 130 multijet. Last year the radio developed a fault . It was fine one minute then the reception got really bad as though the aerial was struggling to provide signal. After about 5 minutes the radio then went quiet and would not come back on. The display is still there and you can switch to different radio stations , but no sound. The cd player still functions as normal. I took the original radio out and put an old car radio in and that seems to work OK. I would like to get the problem sorted so I can put the original radio unit back in. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be please.
