Hi all !
Fellow ducato owner here..
2006 x244 2.0jtd..I've successfully retrofitted an older diesel filter from 2.3 2002 and an intercooler off a 2.8 2003..
The van runs well except slightly over fueling ..black smoke on boost..
I've checked timing,injectors,maf sensor , air filter , diesel filter , breather diaphragm etc
Since my rocker arms broke last year , I did an oil change and used 10/40 oil due to leaking oil seals, when the engine is warm it's got noisy tappets/valves?
It starts first time, pulls well ..so is there anything else that could be at fault ?
