General Ducato 2004 Air Con pipes/tubes part numbers

Hi Everyone
Can anyone who knows post the part numbers of both the high pressure and low pressure pipes/tubes of the air conditioning system in my 2004 Mk 11 Ducato.
Or if anyone has a link to where I could find these, that's help just well.

Look along the blue strip above on this page, for ePer, its an electronic part catalog, might help, but a bit out of date, 2005 I think? But should give part nmbers for googling.
