General Dent pulling (Help)

Hi all, I have a few small dents

One being about 2" high by 5mm wide. Only see this in certain light.

And 2 more that you can hardly see about the size of a pound coin maybe a little bigger but they aren't deep at all.

What size suction cup should I go for? I want to give it a go myself? But do these suction cups actually work?

I'm also getting a quote tomorrow, will be expensive but If any of you guys/gals have pulled dents out yourself and it's worked i'd rather try this.

i've tried many times, and can never get them perfect.
It's a fine art and months of training/practice.

If you find a decent dent puller business, they'll normally come out and quote for free, and then quiz them about the likelihood of you being able to see it.

We had a huge dent pulled out of a swift wing for £75.00.
When i say huge, it was the size of a football.
Apart from a small paint crack on the wing edge Which i had to touch up), you'd have never known
