Technical Dashboard crossmember removal

Hi guys,

I'm trying to remove entire dashboard to repair my HVAC modul on stilo 2002.
I've already removed all dashboard but now I'm completly blocked to remove metallic crossmember. Two screw are fixed to HVAC and but I can't see how to access to them... I've attached picture with red circle to indicate where are located the screw.

Did anyone already removed this part and have some advise to communicate?

I recently had my oem windshield replaced with another original oem Fiat windshield.
During the installation it is required to remove the windshield wipers and plastic cover, which cover the wiper motors and the vent column.
I could see the 2 vanes from there, maybe this is the access point you are looking for?

I am attaching a picture of the cover removed, the vents is below the centre wiper shaft holding plate.
