General City Light?!?!? help!!!

I have a 56 plate punto ... i got into it one day (around a month ago) and a green light enitiled "City" appearng on my dash board!

I have no clue why it appeared ... reading through the posts it sounds like you can turn it off..

But i dont have a clue where the button is.. can someone help please??

ont he mk2 punto its right next to the eletric windows switch heres a pic of where it is not sure if the mk2b is the same?

I dont know where the button is on that car, but city mode only makes the steering lighter untill you get to something like 15MPH. So you wont notice any sort of difference after that

As for finding the button, read your manual that came with the car, im sure its in there

The button is to the left of the hazard lights, I think it either has CITY written on it or a picture of a steering wheel.

There are so few buttons anyway so why not press each one and see what it actually does. Most of them reset when the ignition goes off so you wont be running with fogs for no reason.
