Technical Blue and Me usb switch

Hi there
I have unclipped the broken usb/aux switch. I cannot remove the wiring connector from the back. I am scared to force it in case I break the connector. Is there a quick tip anyone can tell me?

I think from memory the actual little plastic part of the usb connector inside the Housing comes completely out so you don’t actually need to disconnect it until you have the centre console out of the way. I tugged on one a bit too hard and it separated but easily pushed back together. If you break the usb power/data connection plug I have one you can have.

There is a small blue plastic sleeve around the plug,push it down hard to the right and this acts as a lock for the plug
Once this is released you should be able to pull the connection apart
