Tuning Bike Carbs on SOHC Lampredi

its a bit crude alright ,must be a track car hence no heater box ,and takin servo feed from one cylinder not te best idea

BUT I just wondered if anyone on here had experience of using Bike Carbs on a SOHC Lampredi motor

I seem to remember that back in the 70's FAZA used to race a FIAT 128 with 1116cc SOHC with one side draught carb per cylinder
Also remember seeing a picture in the Faza RaceWorld Repair Manual of a SOHC Lampredi with 70s F1 style slide throttle fuel injection, think it was an Abarth Special

Just trying to convice Punto Paul on here to go the bike carb route with his Mk1 60SX 5 door, rather than blow a ad of cash getting RetroPower to install a 2.0 Coupe Turbo motor that in an Uno could make it undriveable
