If you mean 2 sensors one either side of the catalytic converter then they’re your pre and post cat O2 sensors. They tell the car that the cat is doing it’s job, if it isn’t it’ll trigger the EML

That’s your inlet or intake manifold not exhaust so I presume they’re some sort of temperature sensor. Someone with more knowledge than me on here will soon confirm it I’m sure 🙂

Yes the one on the left I'm pretty sure is the inlet manifold water temperature sensor. The one to it right I don't know.

If the one to the right has no electrical connections/contacts then it may be a temperature vacuum switch which would normally have a hose connecting back to the carb.

If it has electrical connection then it is probably a manifold pressure/vacuum sensor.
