2018 Fiat 500L Uconnect

Hello and I am happy to find this platform. My Uconnect just stopped working after paying $200 for the diagnostic I was told that it is just broken ugh. The cost will be $2100 to is this common? I bought this vehicle brand new in November 2018 and literally 4 years and it just broke. Any thoughts?

I also have a 2018. Put in new battery and wldn't start. Tried to jump start it and no luck. Had it towed to dealership. Anything new on yours?
