I’ve had some problems with my 2011 fiat Punto evo
I have plugged it in to an Autel MaxiCOM and am getting the following fault codes up
BCM
B100AA4A check configuration procedure failed, incorrect component installed
U172687 SDM Sensing And diagnostic module node absent on b-can missing message
U173387 CTM convergence telematic module node absent on b can missing message
ECM
U042281 Fire prevention system status from body control module invalid serial data received
IPC
U172687 sensing and diagnostic module missing message
I have the mileage flashing, seat belt lights on and airbag lights on and messages like start and stop unavailable, fuel cutoff unavailable please anyone able to help with this?

The collection of messages point to an issue with the airbag system in my view, maybe the airbag module has died.
The thing is these are generic fault codes that relate to any car that puts out that code, ideally you need to see what they would say if using something more specific to a fiat to read them, hence why most on here use MultiECUScan which initially started life as FiatECUScan this might give a more specific message and allow you to interrogate the cars systems to see what’s really going on.
