Technical 2.8 idTd. Correct alternator belt tension

I have a squealing alternator belt. Not much, usually it stops as soon as I rev the motor a bit. Still it's annoying and it wears down belt and pulleys. I tried a new belt, it was quiet for some weeks, then came back. I also tried belt grip spray, I works, but not very long. Of course the problem might be worn pulley wheel on the alternator, but before I go down that road I want to make sure I got the right tension in the belt. So, how much?
