Technical 1900TD lump

Does anyone know if the 1900td lump from a Tipo or Tempra is the same bottom end as a Twincam engine?
Are there any provisions on the engine for mounting it front > back rather than right > left.?

There are no mounting points on the front and back of it.

The TD diesel cubic capacity is something like 1929 and I think the exact cc is often your best guide as to whether the engine is related. I don't know what the cc of the petrol is.

Cheers. Any mouting points on the side of the block ? So i can make it a RWD lump ?

Both sides and from underneath to the back (I lied) but in each case using using bespoke brackets that bolt on to the engine/gbox from the body.

He's fitted a Tipo TD in a boat so perhaps that was turned 90.

Thats exactly what im planning on doing. But not in a boat. Im aware that a Fiat Twin cam will go into a Lada Niva. I was told the bottom end of a TD lump is the same as a Twin cam. If so it would really help.
