Hi,
I took my Punto in yesterday for its 1st service and had to have the pads and discs replaced at 10000 miles. I'm quite a cautious driver so it seems very strange to me. Before this I had a Bravo for 5 years and used to go much longer without these needing replaced.
I'm really no mechanic but this doesn't seem right and I've read similar previous postings. I feel I should be due some contribution from Fiat and was wondering other people's opinions.
What is the best way to complain? Should I demand some support from the servicer? (my brother got this when his Golf had problems under warranty)
Thanks for your time
