Hello everybody.

i have search all the internet, but didnt really find a solution.

My problem is that my gearbox is acting up.
When i start the car and drives in 1st and in R the whole car is very jumpy.
I can here there is a lot of electric noise from gearbox( more than normal).

When i turn the car off for about 5 - 10 sec theres still a lot of elec. noise from gearbox.

I have used ECU scan but it dont find any errors, but it wont allow me to do a re-calibration.

I think the problem is with the hydralics because the sound come from the pump i think. the pressure is above 40 Bar at all time so that should be fine ?

I have opserved a lot of small air bubbles in the oil tank for the hydralics.

I hope someone can help !

Use the bleed routine in the MES software. You may not need to do the recalibration.

If you are getting the hydraulic pressure spiking outside normal limits (45-55 bar) then it could be the accumulator that has failed. (easy fix)

i have ordred a new actulator, i connected the compter while driving and on gear shift it whent down to around 30-35 bar.

I did not need to do so but you may need to bleed after doing job.

Just for info, if anybody should read this post. the problem was the actulator, drives like a dream again thanks for support Maigretnz
