Hi everyone im new on the forum,I lowered my stilo 2 days ago and should be 35mm front and back and as u can se back droped after 1 day but the front stay i think like standard.Please help me !!Here is some pictures before and after.Will the front drop more after few weeks?thanks.

Either:
1. Wrong springs delivered/bought, supposed to be fitted to a heavier engine version.
2. Spring combo-kit for 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8 and the smallest JTD.

It will not drop much over time.
 
Yes the springs i think are combo for all petrol cars. But will drop the front in few weeks even small bit?
 
So what springs i should go for stilo 1.2?Cuz its 1 finger higher then rear. And i ring the company Fk automotive and they say that springs shoulf settle after 3 weeks, dunno what 2 do, what u think?
 
Your springs will not settle. They are produced to a certain strength. For the 1.2 engine, you need springs designed for the 1.2 My 1.6 wheighs almost 1.5 tons in total (with driver). The 1.2 has less front axle load, hence a higher front with wrong springs.

What to do? Either keep it like it is or change the springs.
 
Yes i understand but what u think if i will get front adjustable dampers?
 
I've got the 1.2 also, fitted 17" wheels to it and have noticed the wheels sit closer to the arches at the rear compared to the front. Don't think there's any adjustable dampers available on there own - only coilovers. Plenty of sports dampers out there, shorter and uprated ready for lowering springs. If you could return the FK kit and get your money back you could get an adjustable coilover set for 300 to £500. Or you could get an Eibach Sportline kit which consists of Bilstein B12 dampers and matched Eibach springs - lowers 45mm rear and 55mm front I think. Plenty options out there!

Did you only get lowering springs or was it springs and shocks?

P.s lowering springs with standard shocks is a quick way to ruin your standard shocks :)
 
I got only the springs 35mm,But im think to bring them back because i ring that company and they say that its no problem to bring them back and get my money back.:)
 
Mark is right.

You will not get any drop with shorter piston'ed shocks. It's the springs that set the ride height and keeps the car up in the air. The shocks are to deal with bumps and stability, or your car would bounce off the road...

I've had my Eibach kit (springs and shocks) on since 2006, and the ride height is still at the exact same position.

I will be honest here, i have run standard shocks with lowering springs for years and never had any issues at all, but i echo what has been said you need 1.2 springs, i have lowered a good few cars over the years and only once see this on a mondeo was a pain in the backside
 
Ok,And what springs you recommend for fiat stilo 1.2?cuz im just think take them off and bring them back cuz i dont think its any point waiting?
