Hello Every one.
I'm after some help please. I have an 53 plate stilo JTD 80. I've noticed a lot of oil on the engine recently. So I gave the car an oil and filter change. I also changed the rocker box gasket as I thought the oil was coming out of there. I wiped as much of the oil from the engine and surround area. I have since removed the engine cover and the oil is back. It now looks as it is coming out of the pipe in the picture with the arrow on it. Does any one know what that pipe is called or a part number. I have tried looking on eper but I could seem to find it. The other arrow in the picture is of a blue plug, this was covered in oil, I have since cleaned off but didn’t know what is was for. If anyone can help me thanks in advance.

The black pipe is part of the cooling system. It feeds the heater in the cab.

I've no idea what the blue plug is, my JTD doesn't have one.

I have a question for you. Is your clutch cable operated? The large lever, below and slightly to the right of the blue plug, looks like it operates something in the gear box, clutch perhaps?

I wasn't aware the JTD 80bhp had a cable operated clutch.

The 80bhp JTD has an external slave cylinder, I think you can see the bleed nipple and hydraulic hose in the picture. Does look like a cable coming from the clutch operating lever though.

hey guy,
I have been under the bonnet today trying to locate my oil leak. I disconnected the blue plug and it came up with an error P0236. There are 2 blue small hoses and 1 tiny black pipe. I took all the details which were on top of the small black box thing. I put the number which could be the part number into eper and it comes up with AC29 - FEEDING VALVE/ELECTROVALVE FOR ITEM. I've tried to find a picture of the part in eper with no luck. If any one could help that would be great.

Thanks GhostRider.
