Hey all I have recently replaced the head gasket and water pump on my 1.2 punto 02 anyway all went well replacing it start her up and everything was well engine running wise except from i had forgot to connect the engine temperature sensor back up.
Anyway this flashed the MIL light up, first of all i reved the engine to make sure it was working correctly before i reconected the sensor. This was all fine untill i had connected the sensor back up and cleared the fault from the ecu.
The temperature sensor worked again and the MIL light was off for about 2 mins whilst the car was iddling till when i walk back over to it the engine cuts out and wont start again.
I plugged the diagnostics back in and it reported the coil pack wasnt working and the fuel injector circuit wasnt either, anyway i took the coil pack off and tried it in another punto and it work fine.
Anyway i checked the pump and there is no voltage going to it now and the car is just turning over endlessly does anyone have any idea what could be the problem im sooo cheesed off with the dam car lol ?
