So we are competing on the Mongol Rally and are stuck just outside of Almati in Kazakhstan where no-one drives Fiats very much.
The car is not running now at all and it seems that it has an issue with getting consitent amounts of fuel into the injectors.
The latest info we have is that when we unplug the Intake Air Temprature/Pressure Sensor is unplugged the car will Idle, with it plugged in the car will start but the dies almost immediately.
When the accelorator is pressed the car will not rev and sucks in air but seems to be starved of fuel.
We are getting someone around with a diagnostic computer to have a look and tell us what is definately wrong, but getting replacement parts in a timely manner or cheaply may not be possible.
Does anyone have any advice as to what the problem is and if there is a way to hack the system to bypass this problem?
