35d6= ?
0106= map sensor < i tried cleaning but must have to replace
0110= air temp malfunction < could this be related to map sensor?
0601= control module rom error < i dont want to think

any help with these would be very much appreciated

You cleaned the map sensore recently havent you? (i saw your post in the other post)

you probabily damaged it when cleaning it or it may just be a coincidence, You can get a new map sensor from shop4parts for around £50 i think (dont quote me on that tho)

yeah ive had these errors for over a year i knew it was the map and wanted to try clean it before replacing, i can get one second hand one from the scrtappers for £10

35d6 = never heard of it,what code reader where you using?

the others as you mention MAP related but I dont think the actual map sensor (P0105) is at fault...wiring?

P0601 sounds like eepromm error...i'd disconnect battery for few hours then try again.

Car runs ok?

well as i said it was a freinds i cant remember the name i just know it was yellow

it possibly could be shorting there is an unbelievable amount of oil everywhere
so when i get a chance i will strip everything down and give it a good clean
and will disconnect the battery tonite before bed hopfully that will get cleared, but the car really is running much better since i cleaned the map sensor, or im fooling myself because it was jerking around as discribed in the other thread < more than likely

the other one though (e5d6) when i got my codes read at the garage almost 2 year ago they said it had a code they had never heard of perhaps this is it, they never gave me the codes...

is it a 500? and does that yellow bulb mean one of your bulbs has blown/shorting??

no thats real,took photo (stopped car!) as I got home from work (filled up 3 days earlier)..................and yes I have a bulb out

my reverse lights out but the warning bulb doesnt show

well back to topic,

i went back to the freinds after he phoned and said he knew what we were doing wrong...

all lights are out and have stayed out :slayer:
