Has anyone else with Konis at the front have this issue?

Basically due to the Koni piston being smaller in diameter than the OEM damper's piston, the top part/hard plastic of the plastic sleeve that protects the piston plays around the piston and creates this noise whenever I go over pot holes or recesses on the tarmac.

I am glad I am not the only one having this problem, it doesn't affect anything but it is really annoying.

Closing the windows and turning up the stereo solves it too but now with the summer approaching I like having the windows open to hear the exhaust note
