Is yours a LHD or RHD? I don't think I have seen any 53 plates even though I believe they did come on the UK market in 2003. The Panda is a strange car is it seem to take a long time to be a success in the UK. They were probably more MK3s registered in 2011 (the last year) than in 2004.
